The Prime Minister has said India can resume dialogue with Pakistan on all issues if concrete and effective action is taken against those behind the Mumbai terror attacks.<br/><br/>Dr Manmohan Singh, however, made it clear that there is no need for the US or any other country to get involved in the Indo-Pak affairs.<br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in Washington, the Prime Minister said several of the conspirators of 26/11 attacks including Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed, are still roaming about freely.<br/><br/>Dr Singh, who was in Washington to attend the Nuclear Security Summit that concluded this morning, had two brief interactions with Pakistani Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani on the sidelines of the meet.<br/><br/>Dr Singh, however, denied that he had any serious discussions with his Pakistani counterpart.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister said, he exchanged pleasantries with him and complimented him on the passage of Constitutional Amendment bill.
