India will raise with Pakistan the issue of a balloon coming from the neighbouring country. The balloon was shot down by an IAF fighter aircraft over Rajasthan.<br/><br/>Briefing media persons in New Delhi this afternoon, External Ministry Affairs spokesperson Vikas Swarup said that there is no mutually convenient date for Indo-Pak Foreign Secretary-level talks so far but whenever the talks take place, recent terror attack on Pathankot airbase will also be discussed. Replying to a media query, Mr Swarup said it is Pakistan's responsibility to bring the perpetrators of 26/11 to justice.
