To ease business activities, India will provide Visa on Arrival (VoA) facility for business visitors through eighteen airports in the country. Speaking at the Eighth Session of the India-Russia Forum on Trade in New Delhi on Wednesday, Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman emphasized that the Government is committed to remove red tape and providing single window clearance for the investors.Ms Sitharaman also expressed hope that the recent liberalization of FDI in Defence and Railway sector will create new opportunities for joint ventures by Indian and Russian countries in these areas. The Minister said investment climate in the country is positive, which will help create a huge investment opportunities in Infrastructure, manufacturing , pharmaceuticals and other sectors.
