First ODI of the three-match cricket series between India and Bangladesh will be played in Mirpur today. Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is back at the helm. Weather permitting, the series promises to be exciting and important for both the teams. It has been raining intermittently all through the morning, but the skies look clearer now. While India is the overwhelming favourites with their fantastic track record, for Bangladesh a win in the series will help them remain in the top eight of ODI rankings thus keeping their hopes of playing the Champions Trophy alive. Indian captain M.S Dhoni said yesterday it is just another game of cricket, but the World Cup quarter finals defeat is still fresh in the Bangladeshi mind. The series so far has been severely disrupted by rain as the lone Test ended in a draw after nearly 3 days were washed out. However with a reserve day for each ODI, if rains stop a day's proceedings, the game will continue into the next day, so say the experts.All India Radio will broadcast ball-by-ball commentary alternately in Hindi and English of today's match from 1400 Hrs. to 2000 Hrs. or till the end of the match. This can be heard on National Hook Up and FM Gold Channels. Commentary of the remaining two matches scheduled to be played on 21st and 24th of June, 2015 will also be broadcast from 1400 Hrs. on date.
