Union Commerce and Industry Minister, Anand Sharma has said that India will be able to meet its target exports this fiscal. Speaking to reporters in Mumbai yesterday, Mr. Sharma said that even though the global macro conditions have not been encouraging. India will end up in the vicinity of the targeted 300 billion US dollar. He noted that the strategy of diversifying Indian export markets in the face of the prolonged economic slowdown has paid off well.
