India will be fielding the biggest contingent at the World Badminton Championship to be held at Glasgow, Scotland, with four shuttlers qualifying in both men's and women's singles competition. In the men's singles competition, Sameer Verma will be competing along with K Srikanth, B Sai Praneeth and Ajay Jayaram. In women's section, Rituparna Das and Tanvi Lad have also qualified behind Saina Nehwal and P V Sindhu. The World Championship will be held from August 21 to 27.
