India will extend support to Palestine in capacity building. President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate a centre of excellence in information communication technology in Al Quds University today. Secretary (East) in Ministry of External Affairs, Anil Wadhwa said that India would gift computers to the India-Palestine ICT. <br/><br/>He said that the communication equipment, which was denied entry from Israel entry point on frequency and security issue, would be replaced with equipment of suitable frequencies. The President will be honoured with a doctorate at the university before inaugurating a school.
