The Government says all pending issues with Islamabad relating to 26/11 Mumbai attacks would be taken up at the Foreign Secretary-level talks between India and Pakistan to be held in New Delhi next week. Addressing mediapersons in New Delhi, the Home Minister P. Chidambaram said the issues are being identified but a list is yet to be finalised. He said India would go through the legal process to seek access to Lashkar-e-Taibe operative David Headley who is in the custody of the United States. In reply to a question, Mr. Chidambaram said the FBI had shared vital information with India and he was not aware whether any information was being held back. He described the situation with regard to recent attacks by CPI Maoists as the worst. He reiterated that the Government is ready to talk to them, if they give up violence.<br/>
