President Pranab Mukherjee today said India will become the major supplier of human resources in the world in the near future. Inaugurating the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Rameswar High School at Rameswar in Khurda district of Odisha today, the President said the young population has to be skilled appropriately to reap the demographic dividend in India, so that they are ready to take up right jobs and contribute to the growth of the nation. The President said though the country has reputed educational institutions, none of them find a place in the global list of top 200 institutions. He said if we begin from strengthening school education itself, we can fulfill this gap. <br/><br/>Mukherjee urged all the young minds to inculcate in themselves the spirit of innovation and research to expand their horizon of knowledge. The President fondly recollected the memories of former Odisha Chief Minister late JB Patnaik, who had asked him to attend the Golden Jubilee Celebration of this school. Mukherjee said he was certainly missing the presence of JB Patnaik. The President said that his friendship with JB Patnaik grew in the fields of literature, art and philosophy in addition to that in the political sphere.
