India will bear all expenses on treatment of acid attack victim Russian girl. In a tweet, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has also announced 5 lakh rupees for the treatment of the girl. <br/><br/>The incident took place in Varanasi last week where acid was thrown on 23-year-old girl. Ms. Swaraj said the victim has been flown to Moscow and Indian. Ambassador to Russia met her mother. The accused in the alleged attack case has been arrested.
