India thrashed Japan 4-0 in the fourth and final match of the four-Test hockey series at Bhubaneswar last night. VR Raghunath gave the lead by converting a penalty corner in the 27th minute. The rest of the goals were field goals. Akashdeep Singh scored twice and Dharamvir Singh accounted for the other goal.The series, which India won three nil, was in preparation of the all-important FIH Hockey World League Semi-Final scheduled in June this year in Belgium.
