Government today said that the construction of a power project by China in Pak occupied Kashmir has been taken up with Beijing. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Minister of State for External Affairs Mr Shashi Tharoor said that special representatives of the two countries have held 13 rounds of talks to address the border issue. He asserted that the border issue is being exaggerated by the opposition members and no new development has taken place recently.<br/> <br/>Meanwhile, the main opposition BJP has alleged that the government is concealing facts from Parliament regarding Chinese incursions on the border. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, BJP leader Ravishankar Prasad said that his party takes a strong exception to this kind of attitude from the government.<br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/>
