India take on Pakistan in Champion's Trophy today

Ravaged by injuries and unsettled by a disappointing build-up, India would seek to draw inspiration from history when they clash against arch-rivals Pakistan in their Champions Trophy opener in Centurion on Saturday.Pakistan on the other hand will be looking to maintain the winning momentum. The two camps in the super contest on Saturday in Centurion are like two sides of a coin.India's crippled campaign minus its star performers suffered another jolt when Vice-captain Yuvraj Singh is out of action for 6 weeks before the Indian team faced the first ball in the tournament. However, Indian camp will be banking on the experience of Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar to deliver the perfect start to the campaign.India's good show in Compaq Cup followed by a blip in the warm up game against New Zealand in South Africa makes things not so good for Dhoni and company. But a lot will depend on how Indian bowlers peg back the Pakistan batting order which looked brittle in the opening game.Opposites Pakistan are getting their act together.
