India on Saturday summoned the US Ambassador Richard Verma in New Delhi and conveyed its displeasure over the US decision to sell F16 jet fighters to Pakistan.<br/><br/>In a tweet, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup said, India disagrees that such arms transfers will help combat terrorism.<br/><br/>MEA said, the record of the last many years in this regard speaks for itself.<br/><br/>Barack Obama administration notified the US Congress of its decision to sell eight F-16 fighter jets to Pakistan.
