India has submitted written pleadings to International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Kulbhushan Jadhav case involving egregious violation of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations by Pakistan.<br/><br/>External Affairs Ministry said this is in furtherance of India's application filed before the ICJ on 8th of May this year.
