India has strongly condemned the continued targeting of innocent students at educational places in Afghanistan. In a tweet, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi expressed sadness at yesterday's terror attack at the Kaaj Educational Center in Dasht-e-Barchi of Kabul.
