The high-level Indian delegation that arrived in Sri Lanka on Friday, held discussions with Sri Lankan officials on a range of bilateral issues. These include progress in the rehabilitation of war affected Tamils in the northern province, devolution package based on 13th amendment and the reconciliation process. The delegation comprises Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, Defence Secretary Pradeep Kumar and the National Security Advisor, Shiv Shankar Menon.
