Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that India seeks to normalise relationship with Pakistan but it should give up its mind set of using terror as an instrument of state policy against New Delhi. Speaking to media in Pittsburgh at the end of his two day visit, Dr.Singh India has supplied its material and evidence for them on the Mumbai attacks to carry out investigation. He said, although the tragedy took place in India, the conspiracy took place in Pakistan and Islamabad has admitted to this. India wants them to bring to book the culprits involved in the attacks. The Prime Minister said that if Pakistan takes proper action India would move the extra mile to normalise relations. He said India and Pakistan are neighbors and they have an obligation to move as neighbors.

The Prime Minister's comments come as Foreign Ministers of India and Pakistan are set to meet on Sunday during which Islamabad's action against terror emanating from its soil will be discussed.
