India today said, it will continue to have a substantive and pragmatic exchange with China on the issue of its membership in Nuclear Suppliers' Group, NSG. <br/><br/>Spokesperson in the External Affairs Ministry Vikas Swarup said, NSG membership is a priority for India in view of its civil nuclear energy plans. <br/><br/>His response came to a question that China is still sticking to a two step process for India's NSG membership. <br/><br/>Mr Swarup said, the two sides have earlier had a substantive exchange on the issue which was useful in enhancing understanding of each other's perspective. <br/><br/>He said, the two sides were of the view that a process has been set in motion after the Seoul NSG plenary on the issue of membership and they should support this process. <br/><br/>
