External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi has said that human rights of people of Xinjiang-Uygur Autonomous Region of China should be respected and guaranteed. Briefing media in New Delhi today, Mr. Bagchi said, India remains committed to upholding all human rights and it favours a dialogue to deal with such issues.
