Civil Nuclear Co-operation, enhancing trade ties and strengthening of Defence co-operation will be high on the agenda of discussions between the External Affairs Minister and the South Korean leaders. <br/><br/>The External Affairs Minister is leaving on a three-day visit to Seoul on Thursday. An external affairs ministry spokesman said that that a whole gaumut of relations will come up for review in the 7th India-South Korea Joint Commission meeting on Friday. He will hold extensive talks with his South Korean counterpart on civil nuclear co-operation besides achieving the trade target of 30 billion US dollars by 2014. The target was set during the South Korean President's visit to India in January this year.<br/><br/>During his talks with the Defence minister, the focus will be on co-operation between the two Navies to effectively counter the threat posed by growing piracy around the Horn of Africa. He will also call on the South Korean president and address the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security there.
