India and Russia are to sign the first of a series of agreements for the development of fifth generation fighter aircraft to meet futuristic requirements of the Indian Air Force. The agreement is to be signed during Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's visit to New Delhi on Friday.<br/><br/>Mr Putin, is coming on a working visit at the invitation of the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. He will be accompanied by an official delegation comprising senior members of the Russian Government and several business leaders.<br/><br/>Mr Putin will hold talks with Prime Minister Dr. Singh on a range of issues of bilateral interest.<br/>
