India have regained the No 1 ranking in One Day International Cricket from England after beating the visiting team 3-2 in the ODI series. India claimed the top spot for the first time in three years by finishing 0.20 rating points ahead of England.India had become the number-one ranked side after winning the third match of the series on 19 January and then held onto the spot thereafter. Australia is now third at the table while South Africa occupies the fourth spot.
