India has strongly recommended a comprehensive policy for dealing with global terrorism. In a joint press conference with visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after Russia India China meeting in New Delhi today, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said, the policy should deal with extremism, counter religious fanaticism and prevent recruitment of terrorists. <br/><br/>It should also include stopping all sources for financing of terrorism, stopping flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters and dismantling terrorists infrastructure. <br/><br/>On Climate Change, the Minister argued that there is a need to ensure fair implementation of the Paris Agreement. <br/>Mrs Swaraj said, she and her Chinese counterpart Wang Yi agreed to further strengthen mutual trust to develop a better understanding. She said, it will be better to meet again and without agenda, which will help the two countries to expand mutual understanding. <br/><br/>Mrs Swaraj said, she and her Russian counterpart Sergey reviewed bilateral relations. She said, it is well known that relations between India and Russia are close and friendly. <br/><br/>Chinese Foreign Minister said, China is committed to work with other countries for an inclusive world. Mr Wang said, a range of issues were discussed including terrorism with his Indian and Russian counterparts during the meeting.<br/>Russia Foreign Minister said, fight against terrorism should be united and there must not be any kind of compromise. <br/><br/>Mr Lavrov said, there should be zero tolerance towards unilateral sanctions. All the leaders said, they had frank and forward looking exchange. Mrs Swaraj said, Mr Wang and Mr Lavrov were informed about India's rise in ease of doing business ranking and invited them to intensify investment.
