<div>Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu says India has pledged to produce carbon-free energy. In this direction, a target has been set to produce 175-gigawatt of non-conventional new energy till 2022. Of this, 100-gigawatt will be solar power, 60-gigawatt wind power and 15-gigawatt will be linked to other non-conventional sources.
