Dr. Singh unveiled a vision document for strategic partnership with Afghanistan during his visit. In the joint declaration, signed following one-on-one talks between Dr. Singh and Afghan President Hamid Karzai, both the countries decided to work together in various sectors, including combating terrorism, drug trafficking and money laundering.
