India plans to launch Venus planet mission by 2020

Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre Joint Director Pandyan said, India is planning to launch its Venus planet mission by 2020. He was speaking to reporters last night on the sidelines of a function near Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu. He also said, ISRO is planning to launch Chandrayaan II in 2018.<br/><br/>India is entering a new league as far as space science is concerned with the planning of Venus Mission launch in 2020. Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre Joint Director Pandyan said that this will help us know more about the planet. Chandrayaan II will be launched in 2018 and through land rover will do research in surface of Moon. India's space mission is going to be expanded with the Aditya Mission to Sun's atmosphere in 2019. India will complete its IRNSS-7 system equivalent to GPS system of America which will help in navigation control. ISRO is also planning to use satellite technology to issue warnings to vehicles in unmanned railway crossings. With the launch of Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan I, we have secured a prominent place in space science in the world.
