The second round of 113th meeting of Permanent Indus Commission between India and Pakistan will be held in Islamabad today. On the first day of the talks yesterday, both sides discussed issues relating to water resources and dilated upon ways to resolve bilateral differences. A 10-member Indian delegation, led by Indus Water Commissioner PK Saxena, External Affairs Ministry officials and technical experts, is participating in the meeting. The Pakistan side is headed by Indus Water Commissioner Mirza Asif Saeed.<br/><br/>The Indus Water Commission was set up following the Indus Waters Treaty signed by the two countries in 1960. A meeting planned in September last year was cancelled due to the Uri terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistan-based outfits.
