The government today assured the Rajya Sabha that the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will make a statement in the Rajya Sabha on 10th of this month on India's engagement with Pakistan in Paris. The assurance was given by the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi in response to a query raised by Anand Sharma of the Congress in the Zero Hour. Mr Sharma alleged that the government has not taken Parliament into confidence. Rajiv Shukla of the Congress suggested that the government should allow cricket teams of both the countries to play.
