India, Pakistan, China, Russia and several central Asian countries today deliberated on the situation in Afghanistan at a conference in Moscow. The meeting held a day after the United States dropped the "mother of all bombs" in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan. <br/><br/>The Indian team was led by Joint Secretary in the External Affairs Ministry Deepak Mittal. Representatives from the leading regional powers reviewed the peace process in Afghanistan as well as the security situation, besides exploring ways to ramp up reconstruction activities in the country.
