India has offered to China assistance in providing relief to the earthquake victims of Qinghai. In a message to President Hu Jintao Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh said that India and its people are share the grief of the people of China. He said, New Delhi is ready to render any assitance that the Chinese government may require from it.
