India, NZ Cricket: Kiwis 106 for 5 at close on second day<br/>

Replying to India&apos;s first innings total of 438, New Zealand were 106 for five at close on the second day of their first cricket Test at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad today. James Franklin was batting at 31 and C van was yet to open account when the game closed for the day. R Ashwin took 3 wickets for 30 runs and P Ojha 2 wickets for 35 runs. On the Indian side, Cheteshwar Pujara with 159runs and M S Dhoni with 73 runs contributed significantly to the India&apos;s handsome score. Earlier, the second day&apos;s game was delayed due to rain. The match officials had a review of the situation around the scheduled time and the start was delayed in anticipation of rain. Electing to bat, India were 307 for five at stumps on day one with Cheteshwar Pujara batting on 119, his maiden Test century in four matches, while skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni was giving company on 29. The second and final Test of the series will be held in Bangalore from August 31-September 4.
