India today said it has never shied away from dialogue with Pakistan. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup, however, said talks and terror cannot go hand in hand. Mr Swarup said, New Delhi's internal affairs are solely its own to handle and anyone trying to interfere will not change that reality. <br/><br/><br/>Without naming Pakistan, the spokesperson said, the world has a very clear view on which country in the region covets territory of others and uses terrorism as an instrument of state policy.<br/><br/>On evacuating Indians from South Sudan, Mr Swarup said, first batch of rescued persons from that country likely to arrive Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala tomorrow morning around 6 AM.
