<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr Harsh Vardhan today said India and The Netherlands need to work together on addressing climate change, depletion of natural resources and terrorism. In his address during the inaugural session of India- Netherlands Technology Summit in New Delhi, Dr Harsh Vardhan said India – Dutch friendship has lasted for over 400 years. He said Dutch people came looking for textiles in India around 1605. He said, the presence of King of the Netherlands Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima in the summit reaffirms commitment to bilateral relations. He said, India and the Netherlands are close in common ideals of democracy and pluralism which makes both countries natural partners.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In his speech, King Alexander said, innovation is about bringing together international expertise to address problems faced by people. He said, it is incredible how quickly India has become a country which is leading the way in IT sector. </span><br />
