Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that Indian economy needs to grow at 9 to 10 per cent and sustain it over the next decade and beyond, to provide better infrastructure and bring down poverty. The Finance Minister said that there is a need to correct one of the political debates in India about being pro-industry, or pro-poor.
