Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways Mansukh Lal Mandaviya today flagged off India, Myanmar and Thailand Friendship Motor Car Rally from India Gate in New Delhi. <br/><br/>The rally is aimed at sensitizing people about the India- Myanmar- Thailand Highway which will connect India with ASEAN region. The 3200 kilometer long trilateral highway which will soon become operational, will have all weather road connecting New Delhi and Bangkok. <br/><br/>The car rally will cover distance of 5722 kilometers in 19 days. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mandaviya said the trilateral highway will boost Prime Minister's Act East Policy. He said rally will strengthen relationship among India, Myanmar and Thailand.
