India today said it took decision to approach International Court of Justice, ICJ after careful consideration. Replying to a volley of questions on Kulbhusan Jadhav, MEA Spokesperson Gopal Baglay said, an Indian citizen is under illegal custody of Pakistan and his life is at threat. <br/><br/>He said, Pakistan denied 16 requests for consular access to Jadhav. He said, ICJ has admitted India's petition and initiated action. About the jurisdiction of ICJ, he said, it is for the ICJ to decide.
