India is likely to get access to the LeT operative and Mumbai terror attack suspect David Coleman Headley jailed in the US in a few weeks time.<br/><br/>National Investigation Agency (NIA) is fast preparing the chargesheet against him and his accomplice, Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a Pakistani-origin Canadian national. This began after a conversation between home minister P Chidambaram and US Attorney General and head of the Department of Justice Eric Holder. <br/><br/>Mr. Holder told Mr. Chidambaram that provision for India to gain access to the Lashkar terrorist has been clearly provided in Headley's "plea agreement" with the US authorities. Headley admitted on Thursday of laying the groundwork for 26/11.
