India likely to ask for extradition of Let terrorist Headley and Rana

<br/> In the latest revelation, Let terrorist David Headley's passport copy has been found in a Delhi hotel. The passport was procured in March 2006. According to media reports, Headley visited India nine times between 2006-2009. Evidence now indicates that Tahawwur Rana who was Headley's associate had a bigger role to play. Headley is reported to have taken orders from Rana. Both are now believed to have plotted the Mumbai terror attack. Headley stayed both in Trident Hotel and at the Taj in Mumbai. An FBI report says, Rana participated in a conspiracy with David Headley to provide material support and resources and hatched a conspiracy to commit terrorist acts. Tahawwur Rana was in Mumbai within a week of the attack. This is an evidence that points to their possible involvement in the 26/11 attacks. India is likely to ask for the extradition of both Headley and Rana who are allegedly linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba and were planning major strikes on targets across the country.
