He said the country's leather industry should aspire to be number one in the world.  <br />'' <br />''Addressing the National Export Excellence Awards presentation ceremony of the Council for Leather Exports today, Mr. Goyal said, India is already the second-largest leather industry in the world. He assured that the Government will help the leather industry in achieving the ambitious goals by setting up BIS Standards laboratories in proximity to leather clusters. Minister of State for Commerce & Industry Anupriya Patel also assured the leather industry to provide necessary government support in their innovation endeavors.</span><br />
