India has launched a joint infrastructure development venture with Britain in New Delhi on Wednesday.Speaking on the occasion Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said that half of the targeted one trillion dollar investment in 12th five year plan for infrastructure development is envisaged from the private players who have delivered credibly.He also said that the government will invite the British investors to support National Skill Development Corporation to generate skilled manpower to bridge the existing gap.The Finance Minister also noted that Government will create Infrastructuere Debt Fund to enhance the credit regulation in the country.
