President, Vice President, Prime Minister and other senior leaders of the country have condemned the terror attack in French capital Paris.<br/><br/>In a tweet, President Pranab Mukherjee said that India stands firmly by France.<br/><br/>Vice-President Hamid Ansari, in a message said, there can be no justification for such barbaric and reprehensible acts. This is not just an attack against Paris but against all humanity, Mr Ansari said<br/><br/>In his tweet message Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed anguish over the incident. He said, we are with France in this hour of grief.<br/><br/>Expressing his condolences to the families of the deceased in Paris terror attack, Home Minister Rajnath Singh said, words couldn't adequately condemn such attacks where innocent people have been killed. In a tweet, he said, at this difficult hour the people of India firmly stand with the people of France.<br/><br/>Congress President Sonia Gandhi has expressed deep shock and anguish at the terror attacks in Paris. Condemning it as mindless barbarism devoid of any values, Mrs Gandhi said that nothing could justify such violence. She said, Congress Party as indeed the entire country stand with the people of France in this tragic hour.<br/><br/>Condemning the attack, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said, terror cannot defeat freedom and liberty and it will only strengthen to resolve to fight against this senseless violence. Indian Ambassador to France Dr Mohan Kumar has hoped that all Indians are safe in Paris.<br/><br/>Left parties have deplored the Paris terror attacks and expressed solidarity with the people of France.<br/><br/>In a tweet, CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury strongly condemned the attack and mourned the lives of innocents.<br/><br/>CPI(ML) leader Dipankar Bhattacharjee also expressed grief and solidarity with the people of France in his tweet.
