The government today said Indian and Israeli officials are scheduled to meet in February in Jerusalem to discuss a comprehensive free trade pact aimed at boosting commerce in goods and service. Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jyotiraditya Scindia said this in a written reply to the Lok Sabha. The first round of negotiations were held in New Delhi on May 26. He said the FTA is aimed at boosting trade in goods, services and investments with Israel.
