In a veiled warning to Pakistan, Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani today said that India is a tolerant nation but also confident enough to have a surgical strike.<br/>'<br/>In an interactive session with students at a Mumbai college, the minister was asked whether India and Pakistan would ever be good neighbours to which she replied, you can change your friends, but you can never change your neighbours.<br/>'<br/>Answering to one of questions, the minister said, first time in the history, India invited ASEAN countries to generate a sense of unity. <br/><br/>She added that Indian diplomacy has been strengthened today and providing a platform to all ASEAN nations in India.<br/>'<br/>Speaking on the success of Swachh Bharat mission, the minister said, 4 lakh 25 thousands toilets have been built.
