Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that India is proud of the accomplishments of the girl child and government is working to provide all possible opportunities for the girl child to excel. In a tweet, on the occasion of International Day of the Girl Child, Mr Modi said, Government reaffirm its commitment to work towards gender equality and increase gender sensitization.
