The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that India is proud of its Diaspora and government has taken several steps for the welfare of Indians living abroad. <br/><br/>Speaking at a reception of Indian community at Indian Embassy in Riyadh before leaving Saudi Arabia after concluding his three day visit to kingdom, Dr. Manmohan Singh said that India recognises excellent contribution made by expatriates in the development of motherland. <br/><br/>He added that Indian government has taken several steps for the welfare of Indians living abroad including Saudi Arabia and Gulf region.<br/>
