India is leading from front in handling all global environmental concerns: Dr Harsh Vardhan

<span style="color: #222222;">Union Science and Technology, Environment and Forests Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan said India has become an inspirational example in handling environmental challenges especially reducing carbon emissions and generating green energies. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dr Harsh Vardhan was speaking after inaugurating the Atal Complex for the International Training Centre for Operational Oceanography (ITCOocean) at the INCOIS campus in Hyderabad.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said India is leading from the front in handling all global environmental concerns. Recalling India's role in the International Solar Alliance, he said the country made significant strides in fulfilling its promises made to the international community. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He exuded confidence that India will be achieving all the global targets especially relating to reducing emissions.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">   </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The ITCOocean is a category- 2 Centre under the auspices of UNESCO for providing capacity building and training activities in operational oceanography.</span><br />''
