Large crowds on Sunday converged at the India International Trade Fair in New Delhi's Pragati Maidan. AIR correspondent reports, the rush was so huge that the organisers were asked by police to stop sale of tickets. Inside the venue also long queues could be seen outside Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, and Uttar Pradesh pavilions. Apart from thematic display on handicrafts and numerous trade opportunities in the diverse sectors, state pavilions are informing visitors about the wide range of opportunities to explore eco and adventure tourism. This year, the India Trade Promotion Organisation is providing a variety of cuisines from different states. With its elaborate non-vegetarian specialties, the Pakistan food outlet is also drawing a big crowd.
