<span style="color: #222222;">India is in touch with Pakistan through diplomatic channels on the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Replying to a media query, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said that for a free and fair trial in keeping with the letter and spirit of ICJ judgement, India has asked for Mr Jadhav to be represented by an Indian lawyer.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that Pakistan has to first address the core issues, which are, giving copies of&nbsp; relevant documents of the case and providing unimpeded consular access to Mr Jadhav.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Responding to another query on outcome of recent meeting of Oversight Mechanism between India and Nepal, Mr Srivastava said this meeting is part of regular consultations.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He added that there was a comprehensive review of all bilateral projects.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
