India has entered the men's snooker team event final after defeating arch-rival Pakistan in the semifinals in the 16th Asian Games Guangzhou today. India is now of assured of at least silver medal in the event. The trio of veteran Yasin Merchant, Sneh Aditya Mehta and Brijesh Damani demolished Pakistan 3-0.India will now face China in the final later in the day. The hosts toiled prevailed over Thailand 3-2 in the other semifinal.
